管理者権限でコマンドプロンプトを起動して、以下のコマンドを実行します。

1. diskpart を実行して、以下のコマンドを入力

※ ドライブ番号などは環境により変わるので注意してください。間違ったドライブを指定するとデータが削除されます！！

DISKPART> list disk

  Disk ###  Status         Size     Free     Dyn  Gpt
  --------  -------------  -------  -------  ---  ---
  Disk 0    Online          250 GB      0 B
  Disk 1    Online           28 GB      0 B

DISKPART> select disk 1

Disk 1 is now the selected disk.

DISKPART> clean

DiskPart succeeded in cleaning the disk.

DISKPART> create partition primary

DiskPart succeeded in creating the specified partition.

DISKPART> select partition 1

Partition 1 is now the selected partition.

DISKPART> active

DiskPart marked the current partition as active.

DISKPART> format fs=ntfs quick

  100 percent completed

DiskPart successfully formatted the volume.

DISKPART> assign

DiskPart successfully assigned the drive letter or mount point.

DISKPART> exit

2. bootsect を実行して、以下のコマンドを入力

※ドライブレターは環境により変わるので注意してください。間違ったドライブレターを指定すると環境が破壊されることがあります！！

> bootsect /nt60 E:
Target volumes will be updated with BOOTMGR compatible bootcode.

E: (\\?\Volume{********-****-****-****-************})

  Successfully updated NTFS filesystem bootcode.

Bootcode was successfully updated on all targeted volumes.

※E:はUSBメモリー

3. インストールディスクの中身を全てUSBメモリーにコピー

以上で、作成完了です。

このUSBメモリーから起動するとWindows 7のインストールを実行できます。
